Observation notes: It's been 6 years since I have found an American Copper. I've only seen them 2012,2018, and now 2024. I've looked every year at previous sites with no luck. so this sighting in a new
location. I chanced upon them. I say them because I've been going back every day to look, and have seen 2 of them at one time, and a total of 3 different individuals. Today is June 4th and yes, I was able to find one again. Previous years only saw one, one day and couldn't find any afterwards. So, happy to see this group daily since May 28th
