Observation notes: A clear, sunny day, about 75˚F. On this particular day, although a number of Desert Lavendar bushes were in bloom, only one was covered in butterflies. It must have been at just the right stage of bloom to be maximally aromatic. This was one of the Patches enjoying its nectar.
