Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: Was on a youth group camping trip at Pinery Provincial Park and found this fellow in the sand beneath an oak tree. The wings looked extremely underdeveloped but it was extremely agitated and was fluttering around rapidly (although it wasn't able to take flight). It was very capable of crawling however, and eventually crawled very far back up the oak.
