Observation notes: Time: ~8:45 p.m. Habitat: Small, elongated garden running alongside the sidewalk. Notes: Beginning on July 24, over the course of three nights, I captured five White-lined Sphinx moths for my National Moth Week event on July 27 (a native "moth house"). I found four of them nectaring on the two flower species pictured here, which must be very nectar-rich.
