Observation notes: Clear, breezy at times, temp in upper 60s F. One individual observed landing on the bank of the nearly dry stream. Saw vicinity where it landed, but couldn't find it until the white margin on the HWs gave away its location. Area still in recovery from 2011 wild fire and "bomb cyclone" event of March 2019 (many large trees uprooted).
