Observation notes: Found in the morning inside my light trap.
It has the deep tooth marking in the pm line that points at the dark discal spot in the medial area. Also looks much like the dark forms of this moth as seen at http://mothphotographersgroup.msstate.edu/species.php?hodges=7189
