Coordinator notes: and now I can shift this over into the new Gray Buckeye slot. It does have some "Common" features, but that is typical and I think Gray is the best match. . . . . Kelly, have I told you this story . . . ? DNA work on buckeyes is suggesting that what we have in the West is Gray Buckeye (a new species) rather than Common Buckeye of the eastern US. BAMONA has not bought into this yet, so stay tuned for further developments. nice photo!
