Coordinator notes: Unfortunately without a relative size comparison and underwing views, it is nearly impossible to differentiate Erynnis species, especially this time of year when there are multiple flights occurring. I'm making the ID determination based solely on general characteristics...this being the discal cell spot. Definitely not specific to E. juvenalis, however most individuals should have this spot present. Therefor, lack of the discal cell spot favors E. baptisiae. -jmgesell
