Observation notes: First one of these I've seen west of the Great Plains. Warm, sunny 77 degree day. Observed nectaring on Buckeye in full bloom. Nearby was a group of host plant Napa False Indigo (with some CA Dogface activity). Hard to get a picture with all the various skipper activity going on. Pretty sure it's not an Acmon... (-;
