Observation notes: One of several individual seen flying low to the ground in an erratic skipper-like fashion. Seems like unlikely habitat, though managed to find several elk-cropped small Sitka willows along a wet drainage.

Coordinator notes: The upper photo has a wing shape that fits propertius and not a Dreamy Duskywing and both have brown hndwings....All of the Dreamy Duskywings I have encountered (over two dozen) have black hind wings. Dreamy Duskywings are also notably smaller than propertius.-Ken Davenport
