Observation notes: Found roosting on underside of grass blade, dewy and unresponsive. Was able to photo before it warmed up and took off. I understand that some authorities state Xanthotype species are impossible to distinguish without dissecting genitalia. I defer to people smarter than me. The habitat was overgrown field on old farm.
