Observation notes: While looking for vagrant spring birds, a friend asked what butterfly is that. It wasn't a butterfly, but a plain looking moth, so I took a photo of it. I've looked through several resources to identify it. I noticed that this site does not list any Tetracis or Synaxis occurring in Sonoma County. I believe it is Tetracis hirsutaria.
