Observation notes: Within Sinlahekin Wildlife Management Area, Okanogan County, WA, which is within both the California and Sylvan range. Leaning toward California because of the following: There is a subtle orange cap on the blue ventral spot. Also, the lowest inner spot in the median band on the ventral fore wing is positioned close to the submarginal band, suggesting California. The cell bars are also well defined.
