Observation notes: Left skipper. I saw 4 Dion Skippers, including this one, during the NABA count led by Tom Stock. The group counted a few more than 4. Tom Stock and Walt Gould reported finding 1 Dion Skipper at the same location a few days earlier on 8/16/2015, and that one might have been the first record for the District.
