Observation notes: Found in Antioch, California on the sidewalk while jogging. Insect looked like a dead leaf at first pass. The second time around I looked closer and it was obviously an insect. One my third lap I decided to find something to put it in so I could try and identify it. When I tried to get it in the cup I discovered it was alive.
