Observation notes: The insect never moved, and when it did it flew off so quickly I was unable to get a better look at it or another photo. It was tiny (you can see the size comparison as there are baby crickets nearby). It was on the pedestal part of a concrete birdbath (I'd taken the top part off to clean it).
