Observation notes: Found in the Sinkyone Wilderness Reserve of Northern California in a river area near the coast among stinging nettles, redwood clover, and blackberry bushes. I saw maybe a dozen of the same species at the time, all with the dense white mowak. Sightings were always on the forest floor or on logs of driftwood.
