Coordinator notes: Correct ID. Considering kinnikinnick/bearberry is this species' host plant, it certainly makes sense that you saw it where you did. I'm guessing the bearberry can probably support a sizable population of this butterfly, which is always a good thing, especially for specialized species like this one. Thanks for the submission!
