Coordinator notes: Pahaska and Green skippers are impossible to separate based on appearance alone. Behaviorally, male Green Skippers patrol drainages and Pahaska males patrol hilltops. So yours is Pahaska (thanks for specifying the landscape context of your observation). Many, observations occur in-between and cannot be IDed.
