Coordinator notes: Correct ID. I never found these at wet soil or sand so its nice to see one there and not on a - usually - thistle flower. This species also uses Andropogon gerardii for a host grass. I think you have recorded H. ottoe here or near here also? If so this is only one of two sites in the area where I know P. origenes, A. arogos and H. ottoe occur at the same place, the other being Golden Gate Canyon, Jefferson Co. and I don't think I ever got all three in the same year there.
