Coordinator notes: The ground color patch at the apex of the forewings, and the lesser red color of the specimen overall point to I. kendallaria and not I. celtima or demissaria. This sighting compares favorably with several confirmed sightings of the species on bugguide.net, one of which was in the LRGV.
