Observation notes: We found 14 large caterpillars, 1 cocoon, and 12 hatched eggs in two bushes outside our home in San Antonio Texas

Coordinator notes: The host plant for the caterpillar is Texas Sage (Leucophyllum frutescens). This moth seems to have become more common as Texas Sage has been planted extensively in home landscapes around SA.
