Observation notes: Saw a male patrolling the bush outside the car as I parked, and noted where he landed. Hopped out of the car, grabbed the camera, and started trying to get a photo of him. Thought 'man, what great camo he has to that leaf behind him,' until it dawned on me the 'leaf' was a female! I got to watch him wiggle his booty in a courtship display. His dance impressed, and she reversed direction to him. Marriage, sex, and no doubt kids in two days. It's all much faster in the insect world.
