Observation notes: Partly cloudy skies early am... breezy day in Center Point, Alabama. Found this beauty on the ground outside my job. It attempted several times throughout the day to take flight. The back ends of the wings became tattered but it still attempted to fly. It's still trying to fly 6 hours later. Still partly cloudy, very hot, no breeze.
