Observation date: September 01, 2019

Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: Weather: Sunny and 83 degrees. Notes: Among all the Edwards' and Aphrodite fritillaries, I was surprised to see a single, very worn Regal Fritillary fly past quickly, landing to nectar on a Rubber Rabbitbrush. I released it shortly after capturing and photographing it.
