Observation notes: On Big Leaf Mistletoe early instar and egg casing rainy day, wanted some seeds to plant in a tree in our yard! The larva chew there way out of egg then start eating host plant. Have been told that these larva only eat the male mistletoe plant not this one with the seeds! Interesting well now I know fore sure that is not the truth!
