Observation notes: Noticed individual was visiting creosote bush (Larrea tridentata) blooms for nectar, many small to mid-sized solitary bees of several unknown species also attending flowers. Weather sunny, soft breeze, temperature warm and climbing to day's later high in 90sF. Butterfly visited opposite side of Larrea and lucky to get pics before it flew away.
