Observation notes: Dorsal view was seen clearly with Orange border, faintly seen with wings closed. Only have fuzzy partial view of dorsal, but will include with other photo. Warm day with breeze. Only trees nearby were low growing aspens. Feeding on Goldenrod. Third photo includes "in-flight" Purplish copper butterfly for size comparison.
