Coordinator notes: Without a view of the abdomen, coloring of the legs has to be used to separate Siplosoma virginica, S. congrua, and Hyphantria cunea. This looks to me like S. congrua but not sure. See the "Remarks" section in https://bugguide.net/node/view/498.
