Observation notes: Resubmitting with two photos this time, unfortunately no good shot of underside. Butterfly was observed on an empty lot being graded. It may have been attracted by mud puddles from the water truck. The immediate surrounding area consists of single family homes with lawns and apartment complexes with landscaping. Extensive urban development in the area - within the City of Oxnard.
