Observation notes: Several of these very tiny moths have been on my weed patch in the backyard, which includes Giant Ragweed, Sunflowers, Yarrow, Delphinium & Clover, They've been present here for two weeks now. The length is about 1/4" (one-quarter of an inch) from head to tail.
