Observation notes: Overall color pattern resembles Lupine Blue, but I'm not sure since the orange in my photo is not very pronounced and is more of a gradient.

Coordinator notes: This is a female of the Greenish Blue, taking nectar on probably the larval host...clover. It is not too unusual to find this blue even as late as in September in the mountains. This one is in very good condition but they emerge over several weeks in the summer. The second sighting which you think is also this blue...is the same blue, another female. If it is from the same location as this one, I'll reject that sighting for that reason and note it so in the notes box. Mike
