Observation notes: This one seemed noticeably lighter in coloration than the other species I saw and photographed in the area. Almost a yellow tone to the upper topside wing.

Coordinator notes: This is a female Mormon Fritillary as you suggested. Some female run lighter on the upperside and therefore has a bit of dimorphism compared to other females and all males. The second submission you thought might be "Zerene or Mormon" is a Mormon. Mike
