Dainty Sulphur
Nathalis iole

Observation date: July 30, 2021
Submitted by: sgguthart
Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: This tiny butterfly finally landed and rested long enough for me to take a few photos. I had seen it flying back and forth across a gravel road and near the plants along the edge of the road.
Status: Temporary Colonist

Coordinator notes: Another one you are familiar with Sally...maybe a female interested in the plant it landed near? Interesting there is a leaf-miner working in the leaf (they are micro-moths). Same with the orange plot-dot...Mike
