Observation notes: Pandprous Sphinx Moth has been sitting on a Philadendron plant in the shade for about an hour. It's 82 degrees outside with no humidity and partly sunny in Apex, North Carolina. Next to the Philadendron plant is a Snake plant both in terracotta pots.
