Coordinator notes: With all the mixed opinions with colon and chalcedona, this is a difficult group. That said, what was my most collected butterfly this year?...last June 1st, Snowberry Checkerspots in California. But is sperryi really a colon or a chalcedona dwinellei? I sent some in for genomic testing. But the others seem to be on firm ground and I have collected wallacensis.-Ken Davenport
