Coordinator notes: This is a newly emerged male Woodland Skipper. If you look closely, you can detect light spots on the underside of the hindwing...faint on this one but variable and more well defined on others (and most females). I agree...looks similar to the Delaware Skipper (A. logan) but this skipper occurs only in eastern Colorado around wetlands along watercourses or marshlands on the prairie into the lower eastern Front Range foothills. The Yuma Skipper takes the place of the Delaware in similar places in western Colorado...a much larger species than either the Woodland or Delaware. Mike
