Observation notes: Several were flying about some flowering plants in a more open area with some sunlight. Very similar to Sara Longwing, but there is an additional yellow bar on the inner FW as well as a bold strip of red along the leading edge of the VHW.

Coordinator notes: This is indeed Antiochus Longwing. Despite BOA not showing its range as far north as Panama, BOA does have it in Colombia. Several photographic documents now exists supporting its range extending into Panama, which is adjacent to Colombia, so feasible for range expansion.
