Coordinator notes: There is a dark subspecies of the Widespread Myscelus (amystis hages), but the contrast of orange and black on Belt's is more dramatic. Also, the shape of the dark FW tip matches for Belt's with the orange ground snaking up the wing edge (see: belti belti). Finally, on "amystis" there are a few black HW bands along the trailing edge. There are no such bands on "Belt's" - According to Glassberg, the HW spot is smaller on Belt's, which is the case with this individual.
