Observation notes: Small tubular structure with an opening at the top. Appears to be made of mud with plant fibers mixed in. Hanging from a tree branch about 3 feet above the ground. About 2" long with opening about 3/8". Appears unoccupied. Is it a butterfly or moth cocoon?
