Observation notes: I submitted this moth in 2020, but since that time I have learned that P. alienaria is no longer recognized as a distinct species. Since there can no longer be confusion between the two species, I am resubmitting it for consideration. I found this information here https://bugguide.net/node/view/49437 and here https://www.marylandbiodiversity.com/view/7110. Also, P. alienaria is no longer listed on iNaturalist as well. My original submission was number 1252924 on June 11, 2020. Assuming you accept this ID, can it be recorded on the Nelson webpage with its original date? Thank you.
