Coordinator notes: Bob, in order to get this into BAMONA, I'll approve it as Northern Azure, which it may in fact be. It certainly is ssp. sidara based on firm dark ventral HW dots, but BAMONA does not differentiate subspecies. FYI, BOA has sidara as a ssp. of Northern and iNaturalist as a ssp. of Echo. so still uncertainties about actual taxonomic placement.
