Observation notes: The butterfly was resting on a blade of grass in the dense growth on a berm separating the saltmarsh from the Park's parking lot. The grasses were wet after a few days and nights of rain and fog and cool temperatures, the sun was trying to break through, 22 C.

Coordinator notes: I think this is A. numitor, but I also can't find any sighting records in NS. It is found in Maine and there's one BAMONA sighting in northing NB as well. It may very well not be resident in Nova Scotia.
