Coordinator notes: Your ID is correct...these are near nominate heteronea (type locality (TL) in California, although some others have been named in the Great Basin that are arguably valid or not). East of the Divide the spots on the underside are more well pronounced but vary from fully developed (ssp. gravenotata) to moderately developed (form klotsi)...the latter also occurs west of the Divide in many locations along with ones as you submitted here.
