Observation notes: Average temps over the past week have been between 71°F and 47°F. Today's high was 71°F and a low of 45°F is expected tonight. There was rain and thunderstorms today with wind. These eggs were located on the leaf of a bell pepper plant that hangs upside-down in a hanging planter. The plant has no contact with the ground what-so-ever. The other plants in the upside-down hanging garden are all different varieties of tomatoes and peppers. The hanging garden is protected with a chain link fence.
