Observation notes: National Butterfly Center, Upper Hackberry trail mid way along. Sunny warm dry, sorry about the leaf it blended in. Came to bait logs and hid in the lower shrubs in sheltered drain channel. Saw at least two, one was fresh and the other a bit worn. They like bait a lot. 110 species seen in 6 days The national Butterfly center had 130 for the monty of N. we got possible 20 lifers on this trip. Just missed a couple rare strays seen before after and during our time here.
