Observation notes: Was sitting on brick wall of the L.S. Brice Cafeteria at the South Carolina Governor’s School for Agriculture at John de la Howe. I tried to see if it was alive and it was but when I touched it it fell so I picked it back up and when I put it back on the wall it puffed its wings out. Also it left this dust on my hands.
