Observation notes: Most numerous butterfly seen flying on this day. One or two nectaring on Hard-leaf Geranium. Others flying/patrolling grassy/weedy shoulders of the road. Some meeting each other in the air and spiraling upward. Habitat: Mossy, granite cliff with many seasonal rivulets dripping down the face.
