Observation notes: A confusing sighting, as sympatric with C sheridanii. see Jon Pelham's notes, below.
Another feature, one that plays out with one of your spread specimens, is that C.sheridanii is rarely fulvous or orangish on the dorsal surface and when it is it is a 'cold' color not warm like affinis. I have never sampled an orangish sheridanii in Washington but have reared several.
