Observation notes: Found on an apple tree. I brought it inside to watch it for a few days. I gave it a proper habitat and gave it fresh leaves daily. Yesterday I believe it cocooned itself but not before having babies. I now have about 10 tiny caterpillars in the habitat and no sighting of the mommy caterpillar. I did find a fuzzy ball which looks like it may be the cocoon but I'm not sure on that.
